I struggled with check-in due to a lack of communication from the host. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and messages, we faced delays because of a family issue on her end. It would help future guests to check in early to avoid similar frustrations. The room itself had promising amenities like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV, but the overall experience felt marred by the initial issues. It’s important to have a timely check-in process for a smoother arrival.
